Oakridge Motorsports Park (OMP)

The Oakridge Motorsports Park Development Group retained dhg to write and produce a comprehensive marketing and development presentation that was given to the Knoxville, TN zoning,  and Regional Development commissions. The purpose of the presentation was to tell the story of the success that motorsports parks have enjoyed around the United States not only in revenue generation and in service to auto enthusiasts, but to provide proving grounds for the automotive and science industries.

We are thrilled to announce that the Regional Development Commission has granted OMP the necessary zoning permits to move forward. Groundbreaking on the new $50 million facility is expected to begin in early 2021.
