The Concept
This extraordinarily fun, attractive identity was recently developed for the Orlando, Florida based Kwen Coffee Roasters. A specialty and gourmet coffee company that packages both under their own brand as well as private label custom blends, Kwen was ready to start planning and visualizing the next stage for their business, such as an expansion of their merchandising, retail offerings and eventually retail cafes.

The Identity
The new identity retains the spirit of their original one, keeping the spread and organic flow of the logo, but re-imagined with the purpose of improving it’s visual dynamics and it’s effectiveness while displayed across a broad variety of media and diverse applications. In order to tell an impacting visual story, we integrated compelling elements from the history and provenance of their top product, the Gesha variety from Panama.

The Result
The result is a coherent, seductive, stronger brand that communicates both beauty and the exceptional quality of what’s inside the package.
